Jinalaya related works
(1)Eye-Tilak devotion:
in which in many Jinalayas, Prabhuji’s eyes were gone out, seeing which scene, the work of applying eye-tilak and openingthe eyes was done in 75 Jinalayas. This work is currently being continued with devotion by the group workers.
(2) Jinalaya supply of materials
Wherever the Jinalayas are found to be in need of materials like saffron, sukhad, ghee, etc., the supply of all the materials as per the requirement is done in 20 to 25 Jinalayas continuously every year since 2013 with the cooperation of the beneficiary families.
(3)Jinalaya – Temple Renovation
For the protection of ancient Jinalayas in Pol area, the work of renovation of Jinalayas has been started, in which renovation of 20 Jinalayas has been completed since 2014, renovation of Shiva Temple – Hanumanji Temple has been completed. Other renovations are in progress.
(4) Purification of Jinalayas – 18 Abhishek
Since 2012, the work of purification and 18 Abhishek has been continuously carried out by the group and for its information, “Jinalaya Purification Guide” and “Purification Documentary” have been published.
(5)Lekhaulkel – Preservation
Pol The work of solving the articles of ancient idols of the area – securing them is in progress.
(6) Collective Snatra Mahotsav
A collective Snatra Mahotsav is organized in all the idols of the Pol area of Ahmedabad on the same day, at the same time, together.
(7)Collective Dwarudkhatan
Every year on the seventh day of the year, a collective Dwaroddhatan of maximum idols of the Pol is organized.
(8) Statue Safety Camp
A camp providing guidance on opalep and eye-catching for the protection of idols and teaching how to apply eye-catching has been organized four times. And the book “Idol Safety Guide” has also been published. In most of the Jinalayas of Ahmedabad, the devotion of applying Chakshu Aadi is continuously performed by the young brothers and sisters of the group and the service of preparing the members of any Sangh for this devotion is provided.
(9) Ancient Statue Acquisition Campaign
From the ancient Jinalayas of Ahmedabad Pol area, small marble statues and metal statues, except for the main idol and the trigada facing the main gate, are installed as the main idols in other Jinalayas with the consent of the Sangh – Panch and Trusts from some Jinalayas. Till now, 12 marble statues and more than 100 metal statues have been installed in other Jinalayas with the consent of the Sangh of the Jinalaya.
(10)108 Parshvanath Jin Aradhana
In the course of their entire life, all the worshippers are unable to touch almost all the places of the 108 Parshvanath God. The work of worshipping an ancient Parshvanath deity is being undertaken in each of the Jinalayas located in the courtyards of Ahmedabad.
Jivadaya Related Works
I
(1) Repair of platforms
The work of repairing and laying jaggery on ancient platforms, which are the pride of the Pol area, has started, in which 15 platforms have been repaired and jaggery is being laid in many platforms.
(2)Feeding dogs with bread in the Pol area:
Since 2014, the work of feeding dogs with bread has been going on continuously in more than 22 Polas every day.
(3)365-day Bird Helpline
Since 2016, the helpline facility has been functioning continuously for 365 days to save birds and the facility of taking injured birds to Panjrapol for treatment is also provided daily by rickshaw.
(4)Three-day Save Bird Camp
Since 2012, a three-day “Save Bird Camp” has been organized during Uttarayan.
(5)Chickpeas for birds
Since 2016, the work of feeding chickpeas to birds has been carried out continuously every day.
Religious Development Works
(1) Family Development
Support is provided for the education, business and necessities of life of the children of religious families living in the Ahmedabad Pol area. Since 2014, under this service, food kits are distributed every year as well as providing jobs and necessary support for studies.
(2)Free Medical Checkup Camp – Medical Treatment
For the physical health of families living in the Ahmedabad Pol areaSince 2014, free medical checkup camps are organized once or twice a year and a quantum healing therapy center and a homeopathic clinic have also been started.
(3)Computer – Sewing – Handwriting Class
For the economic viability of families in the Pol area, bimonthly courses such as computer, sewing, handwriting etc. classes are organized.
(4)Housing Scheme
Housing scheme work has been undertaken to settle families around the Jinalayas in the Ahmedabad Pol area. So far, 40 houses have been taken up and families have been settled.
Progress of Society and Sangh
(1)Kanya Shibir
Since 2012, a three-day camp for 250 to 550 young girls has been organized in different pilgrimage places every year in the month of May for the purpose of Kanya Shastra.
(2)Yuva Pathshala
Yuva Pathshala is functioning with the aim of increasing the level of religious sentiment among the youth of Pol area.
(3)Gathering- Knowledge Promotion Campaign
Since 2014, mass snatra, four-monthly rule book and monthly Prabhavana work has been continuously being done every month for the purpose of knowledge promotion among more than 250 children of 21 Pathshalas of Pol area. 23. Aagam Writing: The work of writing 45 Aagams is going on in a way that will last for 800 years with self-made ink on palm leaves.
(4)Shravika’s Cooking
Beautiful information is provided through videos so that the current generation can practice real Shravika religion by following the Jayana Vigyan of Jain rule. More than 100,000 Jain sisters from all over the world are connected to the YouTube channel “Shravika’s Cooking” managed by Himani Tripesh Shah, President of Jinagya Kanya Group.
(5)Jinagya Talent Academy
To give young girls a chance to bring out their talent wisely, a special medium is provided through the “Jinagya Talent Academy” YouTube channel.
(6)Indian Art Skills
Efforts are made to develop complete theoretical – practical knowledge of 64 arts of women.
(7)Hakal Padi Che Jinshasanani – Drama
The drama “Hakal Padi Che Jinshasanani” presenting the exciting history of the security of Taranga Tirtha has been performed 20 times so far.
(8)Ame Rajnagar Ni Polo – Drama
The drama “Ame Rajnagar Ni Polo” which touches the hearts of all Jain – Hindu families to preserve the heritage of the Pol area of Ahmedabad and awakens the feeling of doing something to protect the monuments of the Polo of Ahmedabad has been performed 2 times so far.
